On May Day in France the gift of Lilies of the Valley are given to friends, lovers and significant people in our lives.  Here is the Lily of the Valley "portrait" , a 50 x 32 inch acrylic painting on canvas.

In France they call the sprig of Lily of the Valley tradition a "sprig of happiness."
