It's the story of Sterling and Sammy and "Ascending" love. Two special horses taught me more about love when I thought I knew it all. They had been together, inseperable for years and when Sterling died, Sammy followed. I painted this abstract out of love for them and the love I was able to witness and feel when they invited me into "their time." Many people see horses in this painting. T
