This painting was inspired by a dinner in the rain. We were headed to a concert and the rain poured down. We had stopped in for just an appetizer and ended up having dinner. We were mesmerized by this view and the raindrops collecting on the huge window. The sun was setting and just breaking through while the rain continued.
