"Spring Symphony"

These were inspired by a cluster of yellow flowers on Canyon Road in Santa Fe last summer. Brilliant, they caught my attention.

The work is thickly painted with many layers using thick medium with varnish. It is a textured work and the flowers seem to bloom outside of the canvas as they reach out to you.

This abstract floral screams joy and playfulness.
