"Awaken"

Light through the waves, fresh in the morning breakers as they splash down to announce the beginning of a new day! This one is caught in motion, a split second before it is gone in the surf.

Like fresh air we long for the freshness that nature brings and I had that in mind while painting this work. I looked for the light, I embraced the silk spun swirls that sea foam can create.
